One Web Site per Month Challenge

Brandon said it best, so I’ll just let him do the talking:

The rules are simple, create one new website, from the idea to its launch, each month for an entire year. The goal is to challenge us to come up with good ideas and then within a month create the logo, identity, layout, code and release the site. The three coders/designers/idea makers are Eric Johney, Matt Willmore and me.

The first website will be built during the month of July and will be a totally free online dating and personals site. The URL for this new site is tombana.com. We came up with the name yesterday and I worked on the logo last night. The site will be very impressive with its smooth layout and awesome AJAX searching features.

We have already discussed a few more ideas for upcoming months, but I’m not going to talk about them quite yet. You’ll just have to wait around and see what new ideas we have when the next month rolls around.

Oh snap!

Update: Thanks to the tireless efforts of Brandon and Eric, tombana.com is live!
